Reservations and Cancellation Policy
1. RESERVATION CONDITIONS
Reservations can be made only by persons aged 18 years or older
and/or by civil/commercial entities.
The person or civil/commercial entity contracting is financially
responsible for the payment of the services contracted through

will contact the client within 24/48 business hours with regards
to availability and prices of apartments. The client is required
to contact balsargentina
by telephone no later than 72 working hours prior to the check
in date to confirm the reservation.
To secure the reservation the client must pay 20% of the stay in advance via cash, money transfer , bank deposit and on-line Pay Pal. The remaining monies owed is to be paid on the signing of the rental contact.
Please note that balsargentina
fees are subject to change depending on the kind of reservation,
property and event promotions.
2. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Payment is to be paid in $US or Euros only. The total amount is to be paid prior to or on arrival.
Guests are required to provide a guarantee deposit, with the amount depending on the length of stay and the type of apartment chosen. The guarantee deposit is to be paid on arrival in cash or on-line PayPal. The guarantee deposit will be reimbursed once the stay has finished provided there are no damages. If damages have occurred the guest will be required to pay for the damages in accordance with the cost that is recorded in the attached inventory of the contract.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS
3.1 Check in and/or check out: For the comfort and freedom of guests, the stay shall begin at midnight (00:00 hrs) of the contracted day and finish at midnight of the departure day.
3.2 Information for guests:
Prior to arrival, guests will be required to provide the names
and ages of all guests staying at the apartment for the duration
of the agreed rental.
Guests that are not named in the contact are not permitted to
stay, if this occurs guests face the possibility of eviction.
Homeowners and balsargentina
reserve the right to refuse admission of guests.
3.3 Contingencies: If
the guest finds any kind of inconvenience or fault in the facilities
functioning, BALSARGENTINA are to be informed as soon as possible. balsargentina
will do its best to solve the problem.
3.4 Services included in
the fees: Unless otherwise stated, the rent includes all the
property services and taxes (Property’s Common Expenses,
Taxes, Electricity, Gas, Telephone, Water and TV Cable).
3.5 Stay Payment: The guarantee deposit, rental payment and fees are to be paid on guest’s arrival.
3.6 Equipment: All the apartments are fully furnished including full kitchen facilities.
3.7 Stay Duration: Apartments

web page can be reserved for a minimum stay of 1 (one) week.
Whenever there is a daily rate stated there is a minimum 1 day
stay. The maximum stay is 6 months (according with current legislation)
with the possibility of renewing the contract for a further
3.8 Unexpected events:
Should there be unforeseen events with the property prior to
guest’s arrival that make the stay there impossible, balsargentina
shall propose a relocation into another apartment of similar
characteristics available at the time of the guests trip.
3.9 Guest’s arrival:
With the arrival time already agreed between balsargentina
and the guest, on arrival a balsargentina
staff member will welcome the client at the apartment where
they will be shown the facilities and informed about tourist
features. It is at this time the guest is required to sign the
rental contract and the attached inventory, and pay the outstanding
amount of the stay, plus the guarantee deposit. The guest will
receive the keys to the apartment and a check out time and date
will be agreed on with the balsargentina
3.10 Apartment Cleaning:
Listed prices include a weekly maid service provided by balsargentina.

Guests are obliged to leave the apartment in the same state of cleanliness that was originally reserved.
3.11 Telephone service: Apartments listed on this site may have one of the following telephone systems:
Control Line: this is a telephone service offered by local telephone companies including a limited credit for making local calls. Apartments offering this service include its cost in the rent price.
To call cellular phones, long distance or international calls and/or to extend the credit for local calls, the guest should proceed to buy pre-paid telephone cards.
Line Zero: This telephone service allows guests to make any kind of calls through pre-paid telephone cards. Like the previous option, it also allows you to receive any kind of calls.
3.12 Check out and key
returning: At check out time, the guest must return the keys
to the apartment to balsargentina
staff member. Upon inspection of the apartment and the corresponding
inventory and given there are no damages the guest will and
gets his guarantee deposit back.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
In the case of cancellation, the money already paid is not refundable, unless the cancellation is made with 30 days notice, in this instance 80% of the amount paid minus the refund costs associated will be refunded.
The money paid as rent is not refundable. If a guest wishes to shorten their stay, the payment made cannot be refunded as it is considered to be a compensation for the owner on account of contract breach.
5. STAY EXTENSIONS
Temporary rent contracts cannot be extended without prior arrangement
If a guest wishes to extend their stay in the rented apartment,
is to be informed immediately in order to ensure that the apartment
has not previously reserved by another client.
The extension of the stay requires the guest to sign a new contract
for the new period arranged which is subject to availability
and possible variation in prices that may occur.
6. TRAVEL INSURANCE
In order to guarantee a comfortable and safe stay we recommend to our clients to have travel insurance to cover cancellation charges, luggage claims, medical expenses, or any kind of unfortunate events that could occur during the stay in Argentina.
